Key Requirements:

• Extensive UK-based experience in architectural practice
• Strong track record in residential projects (preferred)
• Confident using Vectorworks and Revit
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Role Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction stages
• Contribute to design development with detailed technical input
• Ensure documentation aligns with current standards and regulations
• Support a variety of residential and commercial projects
• Potential to take on project coordination and site responsibilities
