Architectural Technician

A well-established architectural practice in Lichfield is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative team. Known for delivering thoughtful and practical design solutions, the studio works across a broad range of commercial, healthcare and educational projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across all project stages, from early design through to technical delivery.

Requirements:

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• Demonstrable UK-based experience post-qualification
• Proven experience within the healthcare and commercial sectors
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Strong understanding of UK construction methods and technical standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident working independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to support seamless project delivery
• Assist project architects and senior team members throughout all RIBA stages
• Ensure technical compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
