This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who offer specialist design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their thriving practice in their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
• Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector
• Excellent design and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
