Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach- Housing and Property Management£27,000-£30,000RemotePermanent We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Training Provider! The company is a Multi-Award Winning Apprenticeship Training Provider and continues to grow from strength to strength. As a result of this growth, they are looking to recruit a Skills Coach/Trainer in Housing. The position is full-time working from home, with occasional travel to the Head office in the North West of England. This would be a great role for an experienced Housing/Property Manager who is looking to change direction and up skill the next generation!Typical duties of the Housing/Property Management Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor will include:

• Train and Coach new apprenticeship standards in Housing and Property Management up to level 4 through a combination of online delivery and coaching
• Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English to level 2 where applicable.
• Supporting learners in the workplace and guiding the learners to the End Point Assessment
• Providing information and guidance to the learner and employer about the Housing Programme
• Working to specific quality and completion of target
• Helping with the enrolment of learners- Complete all relevant paperwork using the electronic process to ensure a learner is signed up/achieves/leaves according to procedures
• Conduct regular reviews of progress with both the learner and employer
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Ensure all Health and Safety, Safeguarding procedures are adhered to.

Skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Trainer- Housing and Property Management

• Vocational competence within Housing/Property Management
• Hold a recognised Housing or Property Qualification such as CIH would be desirable
• Ideally be Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33 or be prepared to work towards
• Hold a recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or Award in Education and Training would be desirable
• Experience in coaching and training employees
• Have a passion for Training, Learning and Development
• Experience in using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google classroom
