?? What You’ll Be Doing
As a Billing Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's billing processes. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn how they manage customer accounts, process service requests, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning to use internal and third-party systems to manage billing profiles, customer accounts, and service changes
- Assisting with service activations, deactivations, and package updates
- Supporting the monthly billing cycle and helping to ensure accuracy
- Performing regular checks to identify and resolve any billing errors or data issues
- Responding to customer and internal queries and helping to resolve them efficiently
- Managing assigned tasks through our internal ticketing system
- Processing prepay voucher orders and ensuring timely delivery of digital products
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate billing operations
