About the Role

This is a brand-new opportunity to join AMDG as our first dedicated Appointment Maker – a vital role that sits across our three fast-growing divisions: Construction & Facilities, Training, and Healthcare.
This is not just a job – it's the first step in building a dynamic internal sales team. You’ll play a key part in generating interest, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that open the door to long-term partnerships. With performance, there’s huge potential for progression into senior sales or team leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and follow-up emails to warm and cold leads across AMDG’s core divisions
- Book qualified appointments for Business Development and Senior Management teams
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Update and manage the CRM system with accurate call notes and lead information
- Work closely with divisional Heads of Department to tailor messaging to different sectors
- Support sales campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
About You
- Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building connections
- Motivated by goals and excited by the challenge of starting something new
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across varied sectors and adapting your approach accordingly
- Experience in a telesales, appointment setting, or outbound customer service role is a bonus – but not essential
