This isn't a back-office support job where tickets vanish into a black hole. You'll be the person for NetSuite across the business, the one who connects the dots, answers the questions, solves the issues, and helps people get more out of their systems (and sanity).

The Context:The group behind some of Malta's best-loved hospitality brands and jaw-dropping developments has just gone live with NetSuite. Implementation is underway, but what's missing is you, someone to champion the users, drive adoption, and support the business day to day. You won't be configuring NetSuite, that's handled, but you will be the reference point, the troubleshooter, the report guru, and the bridge between tech and people.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the internal NetSuite expert across the Group
• Handling user queries and issues across departments
• Managing updates, documentation, training and change
• Fine-tuning reports and dashboards to unlock business insights
• Ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems (including API troubleshooting)
• Escalating complex issues where needed and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Helping the team embrace NetSuite and all its time-saving potential

What you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite in an enterprise or multi-entity setup
• Strong technical skills, especially around reporting, troubleshooting, and API connectivity
• A proactive, user-first mindset. You'll be the go-to person, after all
• Ideally, a financial background or understanding of finance workflows
• Bonus points for NetSuite certifications

Where and how:

• You must be based in Malta and available to work onsite at the head office
• Standard Mon-Fri, 40-hour week
• You'll be the dedicated NetSuite point of contact across the business
