Application Support Developer (PHP, .NET, JS), Charity sector - Code for good, £25k to £40k DOEOxford (Remote / Hybrid)* Must be based relatively near Oxford, UK, with full right to work in the UK *

Avanti Recruitment is currently working with an environmental charity who do incredible things in their space. Your role will be to utilise technology to make an impact on environmental education and conservation. You will focus on customer portal management (Joomla), maintaining existing platforms and helping to add new features, addressing technical debt and playing a part in the SDLC, testing, programming, deploying.

Key skills;

• PHP coding experience or support / maintenance of a PHP application
• Joomla developer / support experience (Ideally another PHP CMS if you don't have Joomla)
• MySQL experience
• Some experience with supporting and maintaining a Microsoft Dynamics application, a Power Automate application or a Power BI data platform
• Knowledge or interest in JSON / Python scripting / getting stuck into any technology required

Main duties include;

• Maintain a key software platform running on Joomla CMS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript
• Support and maintain cloud services in AWS
• Develop / support CRM using Microsoft Dynamics and assist with data migration
• Enhance Power Automate functions, training will be provided
• Report and analyse data using PowerBI to provide useful insight, experience with data preferred but training can be provided
• Support software platform using Python and JavaScript
