Role Summary
As an FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with finance and business leaders, providing insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, and performance reporting to drive strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collate and validate daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and forecasts.
- Distribute performance packs with consistent, accurate data across business units.
- Partner with commercial teams to understand key drivers and variances.
- Conduct month-end reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Provide financial and non-financial insights to the Executive team.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and shift focus from data collection to actionable insight.
- Recommend and implement policies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Profile:
We’re looking for a confident, analytical, and proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll ideally be:
- Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or a finalist with strong FP&A or commercial finance experience.
- Experienced in business partnering, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
- Skilled in financial modelling and trend analysis, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Familiar with SAP or Workday (desirable but not essential).
- A strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
