THE COMPANY
This global live entertainment business operates nearly 50 iconic venues across the UK, US, and Europe - from historic West End theatres to Broadway and Berlin. With a huge customer base and millions of ticket sales annually, they're building out a high-impact analytics function to drive smarter marketing, better customer experiences, and stronger business outcomes.
The culture is grown-up, fast-moving, and collaborative. You'll be joining a team that's expanding rapidly to meet global demand, with direct exposure to decision-makers and meaningful scope to shape the analytics strategy in the UK.
THE ROLE
This is a key leadership role in the UK analytics function, managing three direct reports across data science, BI and analysis. While you won't be deep in the code every day, you'll be deeply embedded in both the business and the data - prioritising workstreams, guiding delivery, and supporting the team as they scale.
You'll partner closely with marketing, CRM and performance teams, translating business needs into clear data projects and helping shape how marketing impact is measured globally. You'll also collaborate with the US analytics team and newly appointed Head of Analytics to align strategy across regions; with your focus squarely on the UK.
Projects will centre around email and app marketing, with a big focus on MMM, recommender systems, and customer modelling. MMM will be the priority for the next 12 months.
