ANALYTICS MANAGER - ITALIAN SPEAKING - REMOTE

UP TO £75,000

THE COMPANY

I have partnered exclusively with a scale-up travel business on a pivotal Analytics hire. As a leader, you will line manage 3 individuals initially and then grow out the function further, delivering commercial direction through the use of data.

THE ROLE

The successful Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:

• Customer Analytics focus; retention, acquisition, churn, behaviour, segmentations
• Marketing Analytics focus; campaign ROI, performance/effectiveness, AB testing
• Line management of 3 individuals, growing out the function with 2 additional heads immediately
• Create buy in and drive engagement with the wider team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience line managing Product/Marketing/Insight Analysts
• Commercial experience using SQL and Python or R
• Ability to work in an agile/undefined setup
• Fluent in Italian

THE BENEFITS

The successful Analytics Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
