Role Overview

We have an opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual with a strong analytical skillset, ideally from a background in Property, Finance, or Law, who has an interest in specialising in the complex field of Capital Allowances and Real Estate.

This role will include carrying out analytical work for a diverse range of clients from both the UK and overseas; preparing investment and property valuation reports and being involved in a range of capital allowances advisory work with the opportunity to identify and attract new clients.

Team Overview

The department is a well-established, highly successful specialist practice offering best in class Capital Allowances Consultancy Services to a wide and diverse range of clients from both the UK and overseas.

The current team features professionals from surveying, legal, accounting, tax and analytical backgrounds. We specialise in undertaking fully disclosed and detailed capital allowances reports that can be submitted to Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC), to support claims for capital allowances purposes and we have an exemplary track record and reputation with HMRC.
