• Act as the primary contact for members of the public and professionals with concerns about a child or adult’s welfare and safety outside of normal office hours.
• Provide a response to children/young people and adults with care and support needs who are in police custody.
• Perform duties in adherence to safeguarding protocols and regulations.
• Conduct assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and support needed.
• Collaborate with various agencies and professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals in crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and interventions.
