Amazon Activation Manager - eCommerce Platform - £50,000 - £60,000

The Role:

The Senior Expert Services Manager is a dynamic leader entrusted with delivering top-tier services and strategic guidance to our clientele. This role primarily involves strategic planning, day-to-day facilitation, and optimising Retail Media Advertising campaigns. As the Senior Manager, accountability extends to all aspects of program performance and client satisfaction on our Retail Media management platform. Collaborating with the Director of Retail Media Expert Services, this individual will spearhead services aimed at driving significant growth for our esteemed clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Champion the team's mission to achieve client success in Retail Media marketing and management (Amazon Sponsored Ads & DSP, also Criteo, Citrus).
• Supervise campaign execution and optimisation to surpass client objectives, including hands-on management.
• Offer consultancy and advice to clients on media planning and best practices.
• Communicate the performance and triumphs of assigned accounts, both internally and externally.
• Provide clients with paid media solutions and adept platform support to enhance their utilisation of our tools.
• Provide close support to our client services team and existing clients through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and strategic consulting.
• Explore tailored solutions for managed clients beyond the available tools and templates.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, technical account management, and sales engineers to foster platform innovation and seize market opportunities.

You:

Should possess extensive experience in Retail Media paid media management, coupled with a strong proficiency in data analysis. They should demonstrate a knack for guiding strategies and executing them for enterprise brands, with in-depth knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem. Effective communication skills are essential for articulating these strategies. Beyond external client support, this role involves bolstering internal stakeholders by serving as a Retail Media expert for the region, with opportunities to foster innovation across a rapidly expanding array of publishers, solidifying leadership in commerce.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing, and managing paid Amazon media campaigns
• Over 4 years of experience in client-facing or customer service roles
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
• Preference for experience with other Retail Media advertising platforms such as Citrus Ads, Criteo, Walmart, and Instacart
• Familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon display activations
• Preferred experience in collaborating with a global team, both locally and virtually
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving and identifying opportunities to ensure client success
• Extensive experience with search marketing platforms
