Reed are exclusively working with a growing organisation by recruiting for the position of Amazon Lead Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience within Online product management / Marketing / Business sales operations, to drive performance for your territories and maximise product visibility, optimising sales performance! This will involve strategic planning, lots of analytics and proactive management of accounts. 

Permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with hybrid working.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of launching new products on Amazon for your territories, applying best practice and collaborating with the Amazon advertising team and Marketing Analyst for enhanced product visibility.
  • Increasing sales within your territory and account portfolio using competitive analysis and customer insights, strengthening market presence and producing YoY growth 
  • Maintain a minimum net profit percentage whilst effectively managing inventory in collaboration with the operations team, conducting weekly reviews for optimum stock levels supporting sales and profit goals
  • Design and executive monthly campaigns tailored to customer demand and seasonal trends, analyse sales performance and inventory levels, enhancing market positive and response to Amazon market dynamics.
  • Keeping updated with Amazon Vendor Central platform updates and industry best practice, conducting performance analysis and reporting to management using insights to refine strategies and remain competitive within the market.
  • Liaise with stakeholders both in the UK and US

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within Business Operations, Sales or Marketing, or a Business Management degree
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering results
  • Analytical skills, working with data to inform strategic decisions
  • Strategic thinking, able to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Highly Desirable- Expertise within Amazon Vendor Central, managing listings and monitoring sales
  • Highly Desirable- Monday.com project management, Helium 10, Keepa
  • Desirable - German or French language skills
