Responsibilities
As an Air Tightness Technical Advisor, you will:
- Provide high-level technical support to members via telephone and email, ensuring clarity and understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the Airtightness Team to deliver consistent, front-line support to stakeholders.
- Assist with scheme administration, application testing, auditing, and training.
- Participate in projects and events to further enhance the services we offer.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has working knowledge of the airtightness testing industry.
- Ideally, is an experienced airtightness tester or has experience with audits in the energy assessment or airtightness sector.
- Possesses a keen interest in renewable energies and sustainable buildings.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Is a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Has a "can-do" attitude and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Thrives in a team environment and can build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day might include:
- Responding to technical queries from members, ensuring they receive clear and accurate guidance.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Reviewing and auditing applications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of training sessions or events.
- Contributing to the development of new processes and tools to enhance member support.
