Air Export Operations Assistant - First Choice Staff : Job Details

Our Client at Heathrow is looking for an experienced Air Export Operations Assistant

Purpose of role

To work as part of a team in the Operations Department. Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business.The role is 95% Air Exports will train on Imports and Cross Trade.

Responsibilities

Dealing with inbound call enquiriesAWB completionCustoms Entries Arranging Courier and Airfreight Shipments. Import/ Crosstrade experience. advantage Keeping Box top and systems up to date with latest informationProblem SolvingLiaising with our Handling AgentEnsuring cargo is labelled and processed

Looking for 1-2 years+ AIr Export experience,Ideally Driver due to location.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
