What You’ll Be Doing:

• Quoting Superpowers: Craft competitive and comprehensive quotes for clients that ensure profitability while maintaining our service excellence.
• Client Conjuror: Directly engage with shippers and overseas agents, building relationships that are as strong as the goods we transport.
• Customs Whisperer: Handle export customs entries like a seasoned sorcerer, ensuring all paperwork is as precise as a potion.
• Finance Flair: Raise invoices that reflect our meticulous attention to detail and our commitment to clear, accurate billing.
• Logistics Choreography: Orchestrate varied export jobs from inception to conclusion, ensuring a ballet of balance between speed and accuracy.
• Road Freight Ringleader: Occasionally step into the circus of road freight, mastering entries and T1 declarations with the ease of a high-wire artist.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience Enthusiast: At least 2 years of air export experience, knowing the ins and outs of the skies.
• Pharma Phamiliarity: Your knowledge in pharmaceutical exports will be highly regarded as we frequently navigate this complex sector.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Boxtop or Sequoia is a plus; however, we are prepared to train the right candidate to master these tools.
• Security Savant: Level CO AvSec training would give you a head start, but we’re ready to equip you with this knowledge.
• Communication Champion: Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be key in dealing with international partners and local teams.
• Organizational Oracle: You can juggle tasks with the agility of a juggler, prioritising under pressure and managing workloads with wizard-like wisdom.
• Commercially Astute: Good commercial awareness that allows you to make decisions that benefit the business, understanding the economic skies in which we fly.
