Role: AI/LLM Full Stack EngineerLocation: London, Bristol, or Cambridge (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office)Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Benefits

A fast-growing innovation team is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their Generative AI product group. This role sits within a high-impact environment developing cutting-edge AI solutions for internal and external users. The team operates with a startup feel, embedded within a secure and well-resourced structure.

You'll be joining a collaborative, Agile team of engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists, working on end-to-end product delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong full stack experience - particularly in React, Python, and Azure - with a slight emphasis on frontend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications with both frontend and backend components

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI/LLM teams to deliver user-centric solutions

• Support cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure environment)

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure clean, maintainable code

• Help drive innovation across AI-enabled products

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Strong skills in React, Python (FastAPI or Flask), and Azure

• Experience building full web applications (not just websites)

• Product-focused mindset with attention to UX and code quality

• Bonus: experience or interest in AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.)

• Preferably from mid-large company environments
