A leading independent accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Agriculture & Property Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of clients, lead a high-performing team, and deliver innovative accounting and tax solutions across rural and property sectors.

The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of rural and property clients, delivering tailored accounting and tax solutions while building strong client relationships. Alongside reviewing accounts and tax returns, you'll identify planning opportunities, support partners with advisory work, and develop junior staff. This is a client-facing leadership role with scope to grow both the department and your career.

Agriculture & Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Review and complete client accounts and personal tax returns efficiently
• Provide tax planning advice tailored to agricultural and property clients
• Manage, coach, and develop junior staff through appraisals and training
• Identify business development and networking opportunities
• Liaise with clients, partners, and third parties (e.g., HMRC)
• Monitor work-in-progress, progress against deadlines, and billing

Agriculture & Property Manager Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years' accounts and tax experience in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation
• Excellent management, problem-solving, and business development skills
• Must live within commuting distance of Banbury
