Job Title: Agile CoachLocation: Glasgow (3 Days on Site a Week)Salary/Rate: up to £355 per day (Inside IR35)Start Date: 05/09/2025 - 30/06/2026

We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join a leading bank's technology function, driving agile adoption, fostering high-performing teams, and guiding the successful delivery of scrum projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop and embed scrum principles and sprint goals aligned with best practice and business objectives.

• Coach and mentor engineering teams, resolving complex challenges and encouraging continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business to ensure alignment with objectives, security policies, and regulations.

• Contribute to strategy, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Track record of implementing and executing agile frameworks.

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and negotiation at senior levels.

• (Highly valued) Agile certifications, Scrum Master experience, and technical development background.
