Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth after-sales operations? We’re looking for a dedicated After-Sales Support Executive to join a growing UK Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in supporting customers across multiple brands while driving continuous improvement in after-sales processes.What You’ll Do
  • Carry out detailed inspections of returned products at third-party premises, ensuring full compliance with HSE standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer support with a focus on first-time resolution and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage customer interactions end-to-end, from authorising product collections to coordinating repairs under guarantee.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support departmental projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Travel across the UK as required to conduct inspections and support customer needs.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and contribute to personal and team growth.
 What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year’s experience in customer service or sales support with a track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with good relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with accurate data entry skills.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
