As an Africa Travel Specialist, you'll design extraordinary journeys inspired by your own deep connection to the continent. Whether you’ve worked as a ranger or in a safari lodge, travelled extensively across sub-Saharan Africa, or already specialise in African safari sales, your passion for wildlife, culture, and immersive travel experiences will shine through in every itinerary you create.

Job Description:

In this role, you’ll offer a truly bespoke, concierge-style service, curating high-end safaris that consistently exceed expectations. You’ll use your knowledge and consultative sales skills to design seamless journeys that inspire repeat and referral business.

• Creating tailor-made safari itineraries across sub-Saharan Africa
• Advising clients on destinations, properties, and logistics with expert-level knowledge
• Managing the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
• Building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral bookings
• Staying up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and destination updates
• Collaborating with suppliers and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery
• Working towards individual and team sales targets within a supportive environment

Experience Required:

• Essential: Hands-on destination and product knowledge gained from working as an Africa Safari Consultant or in a safari lodge environment
• Proven sales ability backed by a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine passion for the continent
