Affiliate Marketing Manager - Remote Working- Contract / Part Time role. We have an amazing agency looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. This agency are doing very well at the moment. You’d be able to work from anywhere. Here’s some details on the role:

• Position: Affiliate Marketing Manager
• Contract Length: Minimum 3 months
• Hours: 2.5 days per week (10-20 hours)
• Rate: £300-£400 per day (outside of IR35)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations (e.g., Awin, Impact, CJ)
• Recruit, onboard, and optimise relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content partners
• Develop commission structures, promotions, and performance incentives
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive growth and ROI
• Work with internal teams on creative, tracking, and reporting
• Ensure compliance and uphold brand integrity across affiliate channels

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience (agency or client-side)
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, attribution, and performance metrics
• Relationship-building and excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset (experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms)
• Bonus: Blending affiliate marketing with broader digital marketing strategies
