• Running audits from start to finish.
• Handling financial reporting (UK and international standards).
• Getting into the weeds with group consolidations, tax reviews, and due diligence.
• Using AI and automation tools that actually work (not just buzzwords for the website).
• Coaching junior staff and building proper client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA, CA-whatever your letters are, you've earned them.
• A brain. And the ability to use it in a room full of clients.
• You're confident, not cocky. You can talk to people without sounding like a textbook.
• You're not allergic to tech.
