Position Overview: Working as an Adviser Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's financial planners in delivering comprehensive financial advice and services to clients. This is an ideal role for candidates who are passionate about finance, possess strong organisational skills, and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to financial planners, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Utilise systems to maintain client records, update contact information, and track interactions.Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the firm.Assist with client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and information.Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is advantageous but not required.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and develop within the financial services industry.Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Location and Schedule: This is a full-time position based in Stockport, UK. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to accommodate occasional evening or weekend appointments as needed.
