Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer – 3 months + – Remote Working – Full Time – Outside IR35 – Midlands

 Position: Locum Adult Social Care LawyerOrganisation: Midlands based Local AuthorityDuration: 3 months +Working Pattern: Full TimeWorking Arrangement: Fully Remote workingHourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella, can consider candidates Outside IR35 The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Adult Social Care matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities. Duties may include:

• Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, and Section 16
• Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
• To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
• Represent the Council in court and may need to conduct advocacy when required
