Adult’s Social Worker - Front Door Prevention - Reed : Job Details

Our Client, Rochdale council, is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Front Door Prevention Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Responding to new concerns and referrals about children.
• Assessing risk and safeguarding needs.
• Offering advice, signposting, or escalating to assessment teams.
• Working closely with other professionals to ensure timely and effective support.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
