Social Worker, £32ph, Adult Social Care, CornwallPertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Adults Social Worker.The successful candidate will:

• Complete needs assessments
• Support planning skills to Commission support and care.
• Have knowledge of care Act
• Have knowledge of safeguarding legislation
• Have knowledge of Mental Capacity Act.
• Possess risk management skills.
• Attend and chair a regular range of meetings when needed.
• Be able to manage a varied case load.
• Be able to work from home remotely and be a car user to travel in and around East Locality Area.
