Admissions Officer

Our client, a buzzing and premium business in the education industry based in Cowley, Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Admissions Officer.

The business has been highly successful, having doubled in size last year and the year before. They are now seeking a motivated and consultative individual to join at this exciting time in the business. Your primary focus will be advising prospective students through their applications and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within account management, recruitment, sales or an admissions role and will be entitled to a salary of £26-28k with an OTE £50k.

The Role

• Supporting with the full admissions cycle in the company
• Following up with students, assisting students complete the full process
• Book Student Interviews, handling incoming student applications and assisting them with preparation
• Update CRM records accordingly
• Liaise with Student Advisors, consultants and university contacts to track application progress
• Provide general administrative support to the wider admissions and student support teams

The Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience within educational administration, admissions, recruitment, sales or account management is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good Organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
