Within our Central Admissions department, we provide a fast, efficient, and welcoming service for all customers, both internal and external, with a clear focus on student recruitment and conversion across our academic courses.

The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Admissions Administrator to join our Central Admissions team until 31st December 2025.

This role is vital in ensuring a seamless admissions process and supporting our commitment to student satisfaction and partner collaboration.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate student data, working with university partners, and helping applicants progress from enquiry through to arrival. This is a fast-paced role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update student records and trackers in both our Admissions CRM and MS Excel.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate regularly with university partners to meet agreed service levels.
  • Support the wider Admissions team by processing student applications and covering during absences or busy periods.
  • Assist other product or regional teams within Admissions as needed.
  • Provide timely, professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold excellent service standards.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • A Level education or above
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Professionalism and a strong customer service ethos
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience using CRM systems or customer databases
  • Experience in global business or education environments
  • Understanding of international student recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of the UK education systems and visa regulations
