We are seeking a confident and organised individual to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and experience in using SharePoint and various IT applications.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the Central Support team with a range of administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate diaries.
- Process invoices and manage documentation efficiently.
- Utilise MS Office for various administrative functions.
- Ensure high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Work independently, managing time and tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of MS Office.
- Proficient in data analysis and data input.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
- Capable of working autonomously and initiating tasks.
- Desirable: Previous experience in an administrative or office environment.
