Team Support Administrator
This healthcare-related membership organisation is looking to recruit a part-time Database and Communications Administrator to provide administrative support to the organisation’s production and dissemination of clinical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities of the Team Support Administrator:
- Planning and supporting meetings.
- Continuously update SharePoint areas for writing groups responsible for production of guidelines.
- Contribute to maintaining information on the website regarding guidelines, supporting the production of additional audio and written commentaries.
- Support the writing of the biannual newsletter.
- Circulate papers and draft guidelines to members.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.
- Very strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Understanding of mailing software, website content management systems, and database use.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits:
- c£17 per hour
- Temporary role for 3 month, full-time
- To start in September
- Hybrid working model, based in the office for 2 days per week and from home 3 days per week
