This role is to start on Thursday 4th September until 10th October

Full time hours, M-F
Hybrid offered once training completed
Being an integral part of the administrative team this people focussed role offers a dynamic working environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to a variety of queries through phone, email, Microsoft Teams and in-person
- Provide support across services
- Utilize department technology such as record databases, query management systems
- Work within a team environment to deliver both individual and group tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes
- Provide office management and secretarial support to the department’s senior team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy administrative role
- Strong digital literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with complex databases
- Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing confidently and sensitively with a wide range of people
- Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail and to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Experience with organising and/or administering events is desirable
