One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an Administrator / Senior Administrator (Fund Management).

Location - Guernsey, Channel Islands.

Permanent role

Salary - £25,000 - 40,000 depending on experience

The Channel Islands are a group of islands that sit inbetween the south of the UK and north of France and benefit from a 20% flat income tax.

My client is happy to consider candidates willing to relocate.

Experience:

· Approx 2 years fund management

· Willing to consider candidates currently at Fund Administrator or Senior Fund Administrator level

· Exposure to administration and company secretarial services for new and established real estate and private equity

· Exposure to regulatory filings, investor correspondence including distribution of call and distribution notices

· Exposure to company secretarial duties, such as, organising/attending board meetings, writing minutes and arranging signing of documents with board directors

· Exposure to treasury tasks, such as reviewing payments and incoming funds and assisting with the opening of new bank accounts
