Join our team as an Administrator, providing essential office administration and receptionist support, as well as project coordination support in relation to planned and reactive maintenance work activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in office support and proficiency in MS Office packages, who is also flexible to work across multiple locations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, report running, filing, scanning, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and typing up Word documents/letters for distribution.
  • Support the Operations team with communication to tenants and third parties, across various platforms, when required.
  • Proactively handle tenant enquiries and assist with reception duties, such as greeting guests, ensuring adherence to the signing book, and answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Manage internal and external post, order stationery and corporate workwear, and ensure the office is maintained to a high standard.
  • Create and issue ID badges and maintain the ID badge register.
  • Support business support activities as agreed with the line manager and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Act as an ambassador in all work, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of MS Office packages.
  • Previous experience in a similar office support role.
  • Experience using electronic databases.
  • Excellent organisational skills, proactive, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional flexible approach.
  • 'Can Do' attitude with a solution-led teamwork approach.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Ideally educated to GCSE, A level or equivalent level; NVQ in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Must be a car owner and driver, willing to travel to different offices as required.
