About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has just completed their A-Levels and is looking to begin a career in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard
Administrative Support
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
- Input data accurately into systems or spreadsheets
- Support team members with basic administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or calls as required
Office Support
- Maintain stationery supplies and place orders when needed
- Help with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
- Handle ad hoc requests from different departments
What We're Looking For
- Recently completed A-Levels or equivalent (no degree required)
- Keen to start a career in business administration or customer service
- Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Smart, polite, and professional appearance and manner
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using a computer (Word, email, internet)
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest in progressing within administration or office support
