Office Administrator, London NW6
£33,000 to £35,000 per annum benefits
Our client is a growing, successful property company with over 10 years expertise in property development, residential and commercial property management and residential and commercial estate agency across the UK. Their office is based in West Hampstead, and we are looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
You must be happy with a career within admin, have excellent communication skills as you, along with your standard administrative duties.
Main Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office in a polite friendly manner.
- Supporting the Directors with calls and administrative duties.
- Producing correspondence and documents.
- Dealing with agents and tenants.
- Organising for maintenance contractors if issues arrive.
- Dealing with Utility companies, arranging meter installations, gas electricity and water connections.
- Registering properties for council tax & utilities.
- Raising council tax, and utilities queries when dates and usage are incorrect.
- Arranging recharges for the freehold property’s costs.
- Sending mail and organising couriers and managing deliveries.
- Taking & transferring phone calls.
- Ordering and managing stock and stationery.
- Setting up the meeting room for internal meetings.
- Data entry.
- Liaising with staff at other locations.
- Help organise work trips or socials.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Excel, Word (essential).
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Property/Estate Agency admin experienced or similar.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
Hours:
- 9.30 – 6.00pm Monday to Thursday
- Friday 9.30 – 5.00pm
