Your new companyIn this role, you'll be working on our Southwest Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.100% office based. 8:00-16:00 Mon to Fri£12.60 per hourYour new roleYou will be working on a SouthWest Water contract working on repairs and maintenance systems to ensure everything runs smoothly for the client and the customers.What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Willingness to upskill - Comprehensive training will be provided
  • Ability to comply with role start -finish times
  • Fast learner with systems and admin
  • Customer service, confidence and excellence
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to adapt and evolve with change
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Potential to become permanent (so long term for the right person)
