Job Title: AdministratorLocation: Harlow (rural location)Salary: £30,000 per annumTerm: 1 year fixed term contract I am looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join my client's team on a 1 year fixed term contract for a maternity cover. This position is the glue that holds the sales team and operations team together! You will build relationships in every department, with customers, and suppliers, and work to ensure that everything goes to plan! This role is 100% office based, just outside of Harlow, and you will need your own transport to get there. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with half an hour paid lunch. The role of Administrator:
- Processing orders from customers on the system
- Liaising with customers and couriers to arrange and track deliveries
- Assisting Sales Reps with their orders and pricing
- Arrange and send product samples
- Resolve customer service queries on the phone and by email
- Producing reports using Excel
To be successful in the role of Administrator:
- Solid administration experience, ideally in a sales/orders environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confident with technology and systems
- A current driving licence and your own transport
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with half an hour paid lunch.
