Job Description :

WorkwithYorkshire are delighted to be working with a well respected Yorkshire legal practice who are looking to add an administrator to their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with telephone, in person enquiries and general ado hoc admin duties.

This a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday offering a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

  • The effective and efficient processing of all incoming telephone calls
  • Attending to clients and visitors to the office
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
  • Management, logging, storage and retrieval of files and deeds from storage
  • Accurate logging of removal of files and deeds & wills
  • Ordering stationery and consumable deliveries
  • Arranging couriers and deliveries
  • Managing the receipts for all cash and cheques received
  • Dealing with banking and the handling of petty cash
  • Managing credit & debit card payments
  • Dealing with web/email enquiries
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Handling ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience

  • Dealing with clients face to face
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
