Promotions Administrator

Are you an organised administrator with an eye for detail and a passion for keeping everything running smoothly? We're looking for a Promotions Administrator to support our retail and trade marketing activity.

In this role, you'll:

  • Coordinate promotional plans with retailers and partners

  • Manage booking forms, deadlines, and POS (point of sale) materials

  • Track budgets, invoices, and promotional spend

  • Liaise with agencies and account managers to ensure accuracy

  • Keep everything updated in our systems and reports

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administration background with great attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Confidence in working with numbers, spreadsheets, and deadlines

  • A flexible team player who enjoys supporting others
