Job Description :

Immediate requirement for an administration assistant with proven experience to join my client for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. (There may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent after the 6 months).

You will be responsible for various administration tasks within the office most specifically to support the Quality Control & Compliance side of the business.

Key responsibilities

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

o Carrying out quality checks for new products that are booked into the warehouse and writing up reports

o Reporting any quality issues to manufacturers/distributors.

o Collating new product information for products to be added to the website and completing new product templates

o Ensuring all relevant compliance information is in place for all products on the website and assisting with compliance related queries.

o Filling out compliance questionnaires from customers and responding to queries when required

o Provision of administration support to Health and Safety team

o Monitoring back orders and informing customers of any delays

o Various other administrative duties

o Answering calls/emails

o Assisting all departments as and when required.

Part one - Knowledge, qualifications and experience

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Team player with ability to work well with customers and colleagues at all levels.

• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Salary : 25000 - 28000
