I am pleased to be working alongside our client, a market-leading recruitment business located in Birchwood Warrington, as they look for an experienced and detail-orientated Administrator to join their busy project delivery operation! They are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the majority of the administrative work within the Project Delivery function of the business. They will be required to track, report and record information relating to multiple active projects, maintaining central records across all projects. They will provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring any risks or issues are escalated and managed through to resolution.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Data entry for all live projects, ensuring the highest level of accuracy is adhered to
- Ensure contractors are paid and clients are billed, in accordance with agreements
- Responsible for project control processes, which can include project initiation, deliverable tracking to ensure deliverables are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters
- Production of documents relating to active projects, including agendas, information reporting and presentations for all live projects
Specification:
- Previous experience within a recruitment, sales or consultancy background is essential
- Previous experience within a project administration setting is desired, but not essential
- Exemplary administration skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience dealing with multiple tasks at once
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal
