Your role will involve meeting and greeting visitors on reception as well as supporting the team with Administrative tasks
As an Administrator your duties will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of documents to Companies House
- Meeting & greeting visitors on reception
- Liaising with clients over the phone, via email and in writing
- Assist with client onboarding, ID checks, and Letters of Engagement
- Assist with data entry, scanning, and document preparation
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Maintain calendars, meeting schedules & coordinate meeting facilities
The ideal Administrator will:
- Have experience in a similar role, liaising with clients.
