Our key client in Wakefield is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to join their dynamic team immediately for approximately 3 months!

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the vital link supporting their Maintenance Resource Planners, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating reactive maintenance work for technicians
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Raising purchase orders for third-party contractors
  • Processing invoices and ensuring accurate chargebacks to customers
  • Assisting with work planning and stock availability across depots
  • And much more – no two days are the same!

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication abilities – both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Experience with purchase orders and invoicing is a plus
  • A team-player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
