Our key client in Wakefield is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to join their dynamic team immediately for approximately 3 months!
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the vital link supporting their Maintenance Resource Planners, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating reactive maintenance work for technicians
- Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Raising purchase orders for third-party contractors
- Processing invoices and ensuring accurate chargebacks to customers
- Assisting with work planning and stock availability across depots
- And much more – no two days are the same!
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication abilities – both written and verbal
- Customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Experience with purchase orders and invoicing is a plus
- A team-player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
