£25,500 per annum plus discretionary bonus

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Administrator to join an established business in the Bolney area on a permanent basis.

Your duties will include:

• Updating databases with transporters details, collection dates & prices
• Sending instructions to the suppliers on how to create their export paperwork
• Sending loading instructions to the international hauliers
• Helping with any issues the suppliers or hauliers will have on collection, delayed arrival times, issues with pallets on loading etc
• Reporting and updating customers on the status of their orders
• Communicating with delivery and clearance department to ensure smooth operations

Key requirements:

• Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and basic understanding of Excel
• Confident computer skills
• Customer liaison experience via email and phone is preferred
