About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative and customer service support in a busy and dynamic environment.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, handling inbound enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, logging details accurately in Salesforce.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Assist with credit control through query resolution.

  • Support the Administration Coordinator with purchase orders, records, and ad-hoc projects.

  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Provide prompt resolution of complaints with a focus on customer retention.

  • Undertake training and development as required.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.

  • PC literate with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Numerate and organised, with a problem-solving mindset.
