We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support across a housing management service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a broad range of administrative and office skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support across various departments within the housing management service.
- Handle the payment of invoices and manage financial documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Take minutes during meetings, ensuring all details are recorded accurately for future reference.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements, including booking hotels for staff.
- Collate and organise data effectively, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
