Job Description :

Our client, a Hertfordshire-based specialist interiors business, is seeking an experienced Administrator for this very varied and responsible role in a growing business.

Offering a salary of £26,000 to £30,000, this office-based role requires candidates with proven experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process order
  • Liaise with clients, answering queries regarding delivery times & order status
  • Maintain the database, updating stock information and logistics regarding shipping information
  • Prepare and dispatch samples
  • Manage stocks of samples and reorder as necessary
  • Logistics: coordination of international shipments, ensuring documentation is completed accurately
  • Administration: managing emails, maintaining accurate records, preparing, and processing invoices

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with order processing software

Experience in an Administrative role, preferably in a retail or creative business

Knowledge of Xero accounting software is desirable
